Post anything to the web -- no web site required.

I have just used Google Base to publish:

a review of a local merchant; a review of a professor; two books to lend out and discuss; and three services for hire. Each of these is indexed by location, so that they can be found by anyone living near me who uses Google Local or Froogle. This new Google service is free of charge and I did not even need my own web site. It's pretty neat!
